Type of data treated
Personal data collected by the website do not have the nature of specific data (as defined by article 9 of the GDPR), but are only suitable to identify the User (eg name, surname, fiscal number, address, mail). In particular, personal data may concern:

The processing of personal data is done using manual, paper, electronic, informatic and telematic tools, with a logic strictly related to the purposes specified in the privacy policy and in any case, in order to guarantee data security and the same confidentiality. GS MATIKA, in its internal procedures, grants the processing of personal data to persons formally authorized for this purpose who receive specific instructions and training and who are responsible for treating the data with confidentiality.
Duration of treatment
Personal data are kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and, in case of revocation and/or other kind of termination of the said relationship, within the deadlines established by law for the fulfillment of civil and tax obligations, for example.
For marketing purposes, the data will be retained until the consent is revoked or for the period established in the regulations or by Measures issued by the Control Authority.
Regarding the investigation and prosecution of crimes, personal data related to traffic are stored by GS MATIKA for six years from the date of creation. The data are also processed by GS MATIKA for the development of common business related to the provision of services (eg for documentation purposes in case of invoice challenge or payment claim, for fraud detection or to perform some analysis on behalf of the clients), according to the law.
In this case, the data is stored with strict security measures applied according to the current law and subsequently canceled.

As part of the services provided, GS MATIKA may transmit the personal data of service applicants to accredited partners. This privacy policy is effective since May 25, 2018. GS MATIKA, following the instructions of the Supervisory Authorities or in case of organizational changes, may update and/or modify this document.
